Freeze & Preserve Fresh Herbs in Light Olive Oil

I have to admit, I have way too many herbs in my garden even after having a lot of them cut to propagate so I have decided to preserve the rest for cooking.

From the top row, I have Oregano, Spearmint, Sage, Peppermint and Basil.



When it's frozen, I keep them in a zip lock bag.
